Project Manager
As a Project Manager I’m responsible to:
- Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
- Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
- Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
- Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
- Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
- Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
I’m also have the responsability to find new projects and opportunities, and obviously I’m close to the customers to ensure they have all they need.

Software Analyst
At the beggining I was responsible to develop an internet banking application (front-end) for a Saudà Arabian entity using J2EE, Struts, JSP, DHTML with WebSphere 5 and 6. Then I also worked in another J2EE project for Telefonica buildings security.
Then I specialized in Temenos banking solution called T24. I worked in a project developing new functionalities for the Banc Sabadell back-end of USA branch.
I was also working as the technical responsible / team lider of an internal project (J2EE, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, AJAX…) for Thales financial department in Paris.
On 2007 I was the technical analyst (Temenos T24) in Caja Madrid for their Vienna branch project.

Java Programmer
I was responsible to develop objects for internet portals using Java Servlets and XSL stylesheets.
